Contributions to the United Californians for Tax Reform and
the California Simple Tax Initiative are political contributions
subject to campaign disclosure laws and are not deductible for
income tax purposes.
By
law we must collect your name, address, occupation and employer
name (or name of business if self-employed). Without this
information your contribution cannot be accepted.
