United Californians for Tax Reform is a non-profit organization working to reform the California and federal tax codes to bring about a tax system that is fairer, more efficient, and much less of an intrusive, paperwork burden for taxpayers. Through the indefatigable efforts or our founder and current chairman, Mr.
Roland Boucher, UCTR has in ten years become one of the most successful and respected taxpayer advocate groups in California.
We are not beholden to unions, big business, or any other special interests. Instead, we are a true grassroots organization made up exclusively of individual California taxpayers. As such, we are uniquely free to "tell it like it is" and promote the interests of one group and one group only -- working Californians.
